That’s it. That’s the post. Everyone loves food trucks. They have some for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. You can have your favorite foods or find a truck that has something new to you. But today we’re talking about one food truck in particular that we’re going crazy to eat.
Baby’s Badass Burgers
Baby’s Badass Burgers, where the truck is pink, and so is the center of their burgers – made to perfection. We’ve come across them at food truck meets and even near our office for lunch. They’re consistently well-made and always presentable with their Hawaiian King Roll buns. What I love about this food truck business is that the story of how they started is as good as the bacon they use every day. It’s a cheesy story of hard work, but it’s worth the read on their website.
If you want to take a look at their beautiful burgers, we recommend The Good Wife, All American Girl, and She’s Smokin! Nothing will disappoint you, and neither will their excellent staff. What’s the point of having a restaurant on wheels if they don’t come to a location near you?
