Order Takeout Tonight!
On Tuesday, March 17, the Orange County Health Care Agency called for bars, wineries, and breweries that serve only drinks to close in an attempt to limit the spread of the coronavirus. Also affected are restaurants’ dining rooms across the county and limiting them to takeout and delivery only.
As more rules and regulations add to restaurants, they’re doing their best to adapt to delivery and takeout options. With support from the community, The Great American Takeout encourages the public to order their food for takeout. During this shutdown, not only are companies affected but so are the employees who are having their work hours put on hold until rules of dining out are back to normal.
While these employees were there for us in the past, it’s our turn to return the favor by helping them stay in business. If you’re able to order takeout tonight, share a photo on social media and #TheGreatAmericanTakeout and tag the establishment you chose to order from!
